After the 250th episode, Fox seemed to have lost track of the number of episodes. They claim this is still the official 300th episode, although that honour goes to "The Strong Arms Of The Ma". In this episode there is a segment where Lisa says Homer has been in 300 different situations, and Marge corrects her saying it is really 302, which is correct.

350th Episode:
Don't Fear The Roofer

After the 250th episode, Fox seemed to have lost track of the number of episodes. They claim this is still the official 350th episode, although that honour goes to "The Seven-Beer Snitch". If "The Father, The Son, And The Holy Guest Star" had aired on the date is was supposed to, the 350th would have been "Mobile Homer".
